Job Description

Provide general administrative/clerical support to our Correspondent Services Division; compose, edit and distribute memos, letters and reports; maintain department files and documents; act as an information resource, liaison and problem-solver to both internal and external contacts; handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion; answer phones and direct calls; work on special projects and perform other tasks as required.

Experience and Skills
  • BA/BS in business, marketing or communication;
  • 1-2 years of administrative /coordinator experience;
  • Financial services experience desirable;
  • Extremely strong organizational, time management and project management skills;
  • Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets and analyze data is essential;
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Required.
