|
Provide primary administrative/clerical support; research and book extensive meetings, special events and travel arrangements; compose, edit and distribute memos, letters and reports; maintain and update client and contact database information; maintain and update calendars and schedules; prepare check requests, process invoices and expense reports for payment; maintain department files and documents; act as an information resources, liaison and problem-solver to both internal and external contacts; handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion; perform other duties and work on special projects as required. |
Experience and Skills

- BA/BS in business, marketing or communication;
- 1-2 years of administration/coordinator experience;
- Corporate sales, marketing and financial services experience desirable
- Extremely strong organizational, time management and project management skills;
- Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively and across multiple departments and levels as well as with external resources;
- Extremely strong skills and proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets and analyze data is essential
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
